River Cruise Newsletter Dated May 6, 2015

Dear Vacations To Go Customer,

Resembling the classic paddle wheelers of Mark Twain's day -- but with all the comforts of the 21st century -- the ships of the American Queen Steamboat Company sail the Mississippi River and its tributaries and the Columbia and Snake rivers in the Pacific Northwest.

Every sailing includes complimentary wine and beer at dinner. Bottled water, soft drinks and specialty coffees are available throughout the cruise.

I'm pleased to present these offers from the American Queen Steamboat Company for our customers. Book and pay in full by May 31.

Companion cruises for free on select sailings.

Save 30% off eligible river cruises.

Receive a free two-category cabin upgrade on select voyages. Offer applies to certain cabin categories.

Plus, receive one free hotel night before your cruise when you book select departures 60 days in advance. And, enjoy free shore excursions on every sailing.

The 432-passenger American Queen is the world's largest riverboat sailing the Mississippi, Tennessee and Ohio rivers. It's an impressive sight on the water, sporting a gleaming white exterior, fluted black stacks and a giant red paddle wheel. The staterooms and public areas reflect 19th-century elegance, with antiques, Tiffany glass and polished mahogany.

The Mississippi, Tennessee and Ohio river itineraries of the American Queen all are themed. Join the Fourth of July Celebration and view festive fireworks in St. Louis, or take a nostalgic journey on Music of the '50s and '60s. You can explore Kentucky's Bourbon Trail on a bourbon cruise that includes distillery tours and onboard tastings.

Hear the wit and wisdom of Samuel Clemens on a Mark Twain voyage. Sporting a full head of white hair and white three-piece suit, tribute artist Lewis Hankins channels Twain for his performances in the Grand Saloon. The ship also calls at the writer's hometown, Hannibal.

On the Columbia and Snake rivers, the 237-guest American Empress treats guests to nature's splendor at its very best: deep canyons, soaring mountains, plunging waterfalls and lush, green fields.

At state and national historic sites, you'll learn about Lewis and Clark and the Corps of Discovery through their interactions with the Nez Perce people and Native American interpreter Sacajawea. In The Dalles, visit a winery housed in an old wheat mill, and while the ship docks in Stevenson, board the hop-on, hop-off motor coach for a ride to the Bonneville Dam.
